The design guidelines for the mechanization and automation of 22 chemical unit operations are refined based on the "Shandong Province Hazardous Chemical Safety Production" Mechanized Personnel Replacement and Automation Personnel Reduction Work Plan "prepared by Huizhi Technology, Lu Jiyi Zi [2021] No. 135, which sets a precedent for domestic standards in this field and fills the gap in the field of full process automation control for hazardous chemical enterprises, To enhance the intrinsic safety of hazardous chemical enterprises and provide reference for implementing the four zeros!
